Donita Volkwijn is Manager of Knowledge Management with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors with a focus on -- and genuine passion for -- the intertwining of knowledge management and DEI, where people, process, and technology are the pillars of institutional culture change.  Her work with donors and foundations offers exceptional perspective on funder expectations for diversity and inclusion, and an accountability web that connects funders, nonprofits, and beneficiaries.  She is also a board member with Loveland Foundation, a civil rights and social action organization focused on Black women and girls.
